Insecurity breeds judgment

Turns out we often become hard on others

When we’re being hard on our self

Because we love others how we love our self

If I am second guessing my choices

I will be critical of your choices

If I’m scared I made the wrong choice

I get jealous of your opposite choice

If we are being hard on others

It’s a sign we need to show grace to our self
