On serving

Every Friday I do this thing

I serve

In actuality I pretend I’m serving others

when they really serve me

I pretend I’m offering them something

and I get the gifts

I prep material

but knowledge is departed to me

I’m on the side of question asking

but I learn tons and grow

I expect differences to divide

but commonalities are found

I get thanked

when I was the one who received
